Qualified banks and financial institutions may be eligible for complimentary Fintech Meetup Europe tickets, plus up to €650 in travel and accommodation reimbursement.

To qualify, individuals must:

(a) be employed by a regulated bank or financial institution, and
(b) be responsible for evaluating or purchasing technology or solutions across payments, banking, lending, credit, personal finance, investing or related areas, and
(c) agree to take part in up to eight (8) 15-minute onsite meetings with participating sponsors (“Hosted Meetings”).

All Hosted Meetings are pre-scheduled and double opt-in, ensuring relevance for both parties.

Participants commit to being available for at least 16 meeting time slots (out of 24 total) prior to final schedule confirmation. Final meeting schedules are shared shortly before the event. Hosted Meetings may be spread across multiple time slots and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back.

Participants may also choose to take part in additional meetings that are not Hosted Meetings (“Non-Hosted Meetings”) with other attendees, including peers and non-sponsors. These meetings are also double opt-in.

Hosted and Non-Hosted Meetings are scheduled so that no agenda sessions need to be missed.

HOSTED RETAILERS & MERCHANTS (COMPLIMENTARY)

Qualified retailers and merchants may be eligible for complimentary Fintech Meetup Europe tickets, plus up to €650 in travel and accommodation reimbursement.

To qualify, individuals must:

(a) be employed by a retailer or merchant organisation (including physical retailers, direct-to-consumer brands, online marketplaces, hospitality, travel, food and consumer services), and
(b) be responsible for evaluating or purchasing payments, banking or financial services technology or solutions for their organisation, and
(c) agree to take part in up to eight (8) 15-minute onsite meetings with participating sponsors (“Hosted Meetings”).

All Hosted Meetings are pre-scheduled and double opt-in, ensuring relevance for both parties.
