Jessica Holzbach

Partner & CEO Germany 0TO9 - Bank of Entrepreneurship

Jessica Holzbach is a German serial fintech entrepreneur, investor, and supervisory board member, driving Europe’s next wave of financial innovation. As Partner & CEO Germany at Swedish venture builder 0TO9, she is building the Bank of Entrepreneurship—combining a venture lab and licensed financial institution to empower founders to launch faster, scale smarter, and build financial services that last.

Previously, she co-founded Penta, leading it to Germany’s largest fintech exit through its acquisition by Qonto, and founded and exited Pile Capital, a treasury platform for digital businesses. Across her ventures, she raised over €85 million and built financial infrastructure used by thousands of companies across Europe.

Jessica also serves as the youngest female member of the Supervisory Board of Fürstlich Castell’sche Bank and has been widely recognized by Forbes' "30 under 30," Capital’s "Top 40 under 40," and the German Startup Awards.

In her current role, Jessica channels all her experience and energy into one mission: giving back by building the infrastructure, networks, and support founders need to succeed.
