Mariana Gorjão Henriques is the Managing Director of Fintech House, Portugal's leading fintech hub managed by Portugal Fintech. In this role, she leads the hub's strategy, operations, and ecosystem partnerships, bridging startups, financial institutions, investors, and regulators across the Portuguese fintech landscape and beyond.

Since joining Portugal Fintech, Mariana has grown the Fintech House community by 50% and built a portfolio of 100+ fintech ventures. Before moving into ecosystem building, she ran innovation programs for banking and financial services clients, supporting the execution of PoCs from ideation to scale. Her background spans fintech, retail, and regulated environments across Portugal, Brazil, and São Tomé and Príncipe.
