Phil Teixeira da Mota is the co-founder of Shapers, a $75m fintech focused fund which he co-runs with his brother Thomas. Before that, Phil spent over a decade immersed in fintech at Hedosophia, where he sat on the board of companies like Qonto, N26, Raisin, Bitpanda, Viva Wallet and Scalable Capital. Phil is also a founding board member of Endeavor Portugal, where he is helping develop the local tech ecosystem.
