Veronica Glab is a FinTech strategist with over a decade of experience across the UK and EMEA, designing market entry, partnerships, and communications strategies that help startups scale across borders. 

She previously served as Head of Partnerships at Innovate Finance, the UK’s fintech industry association, and has led partnership strategy at JUICE Ventures. 

She is the author of FinTech Wrapped, an annual report analysing global fintech VC trends, and is a frequent international speaker and writer on fintech investment and the evolution of financial ecosystems. 

Veronica is a strong advocate for democratised access to financial services and financial literacy and the role of technology in expanding financial inclusion. She works between London and Portugal and speaks Spanish, Polish, and Portuguese.
