Felipe Peñacoba is CEO of Payments Hub, within Getnet, Santander Group’s global payments platform. He leads the evolution of Santander’s account-to-account capabilities in the open market, building payment infrastructure designed to operate at scale across complex, multibank and highly regulated environments. 

With over 25 years of leadership experience across banking, payments and technology, Felipe has driven transformation in both global financial institutions and high-growth organisations. He previously served as CIO and Management Board Member at Revolut Bank (EU), and held senior leadership roles at Santander UK and Finastra. He began his career at Accenture, working on large-scale core banking and payments programmes across Europe and Latin America.
