Ian is the CEO of Monument Bank, the first UK Digital Bank focused on the Mass Affluent, and the fastest growing FinTech in the UK in 2025.    Ian has led the business since its launch to the public in January 2022, prior to Monument Ian held leadership roles in Barclays and JPMorgan, including being CEO of the Barclays Business Bank.
