She brings experience across banking, fintech scale-ups, and startup advisory, with a career rooted in product management and lending innovation. Valerie has worked on building and scaling credit products designed to improve access, usability, and financial outcomes for underserved customers. 

Her work sits at the intersection of product and inclusion, driven by a core belief that meaningful innovation happens when inclusion is embedded at the foundation, and that’s where underserved communities are truly served. 

Through both her professional work and community building, Valerie is committed to challenging traditional financial systems and shaping a more inclusive, globally relevant future of finance.
